Pelvic Floor Dry Needling
Dry Needling is a method used to ease muscle tension across the body. A thin needle is carefully inserted into a trigger point or "knot" in the muscle, promoting the release of tension and allowing the muscle to relax. This technique can help reduce pain, enhance your range of motion, and boost muscle activation and strength. One of our experienced therapists can evaluate whether dry needling is suitable for you.
